First, the State has a certain length of time to file its rebuttal brief, and they can also ask for extensions of time. Then the defendant files a counter-rebuttal brief, and can also ask for extensions of time for this brief, too. Then, the CASC schedules oral arguments, which will take place usually in no more than an hour on a single day. Then, it may be a couple of years before the Court rules. So we are still looking at a couple of years, but at least the train is moving out of the station.
